  • An error: Describing Article 2 I started saying the French version directly translated into English and then tried to correct to the English version but in so doing said “No one may hold” rather than “may not be held” and the difference is huge. A provision written as I said would definitely create an offence for the organisers… when you hear this stuff check the original to be sure…
